The Foundation of Tri-athletes Incorporated is an exercise club dedicated to promoting the principals of a healthy lifestyle through appropriate diet and workout regimens. As part of the club's efforts to improve and maintain good physical health, three different exercise routines are incorporated:

Athletic Wear
Non-club members may wear athletic clothing of any kind. Once you've become a member, it is recommended to wear the club's official shirt.
Our weekly workout sessions are FREE to attend, so ensure to bring as many guests as possible!
